Current Employee With the constant changing of products, making recent products legacy and forcing clients hand to upgrade: it is causing unnecessary stress and tension with clients. With our strict license policy and very specific product to persona, it’s good for use case but difficult for clients to see the need. They want more flexibility and leadership at Gartner does the opposite. Good company, but clients just don’t feel heard unfortunately. Browse Other Reviews
