Selling to End User is much easier in comparison to their other business units. Beware that culture and leadership is not great, leaders prefer to micromanage and put in way too many internal meetings

Some challenges with the hype around AI, but not seeing strong adoption with enterprises on their large-scale transformation work which is where we thrive. Challenge for clients not using Gartner in those use-cases and purely leveraging our research for lower-level use-cases.
