Gartner is overall, a great place to be. Solid base pay, amazing culture and leadership (though that may be a case by case thing based on practice/department), well respected brand, and strong product market fit. Great learning experience, cult like, and overall just selling a $100000 refined google search. Leadership is chummy but will push you out if you make more than what they want to pay a fresh college grad. If you have experience, it’s not a good place to work.
