Gartner is overall, a great place to be. Solid base pay, amazing culture and leadership (though that may be a case by case thing based on practice/department), well respected brand, and strong product market fit. You can make good money without killing yourself, and there are a lot of GTM folks that have been there basically their entire career (very parent friendly!). It's a behemoth of an organization, so there are definitely some drawbacks on that front (no salesloft or chorus/gong, bad adoption of SFDC) but overall it's a solid place to be and I see why so many ppl stay for so long.
