Gartner was a fantastic place to start my career, but had slid back since i have been here. Since coming on board in 2021, there has been an overall decrease in quality of training, opportunity in market, and overall client retention. In tandem with poor pay compared to the market at large & unpopular return to office mandates from HR, Gartner has entered a position where a lot of tenured and newer AEs are evaluating their future at the company

Overall it is a good role if you are getting paid. Territory and timing is very dependent on your success. You have a lot of flexibility and independence which is nice. The company is on an upward trajectory as well.
