to be honest I dont think my team every hit quota and I only saw an individual hit quota on 7 or 8 occasions in my time at GitLab. Was mutually separated based on performance but performance was on par with what the team was doing.

I have had a good experience as a BDR at GitLab. The company culture has been great. No micromanaging, performance matters much more than activity metrics. I've had a good team and decent enough territories.
