Reps have a high level of autonomy. Market opportunity and deal sizes continue to grow despite macro conditions. Technical and challenging, but very high upside. Very globally dispersed company, which requires sales reps to also be asynch-friendly.

New Sales leadership is throwing things off. Mid-Market plays both Account Manager and Net-New logo role which is annoying. Overall really solid company but they give us a lot of work they should pass renewals to Account Management
