Good at first. However, since the start of FY2025, several leadership changes have shifted the company’s direction. The focus has become heavily data-driven, sometimes at the expense of evaluating real effectiveness and outcomes. The market is also becoming increasingly saturated, and the pricing structure for the AI offerings feels unclear and inconsistent.
