Individual reps and renewals managers take churn, compensation plans are designed in silo, and create so much friction and poor customer experience. New AI product is promising, but so many customers have had bad sales experiences and there has not been emphasis in partnership in negotiation in the past. There is a lot of opportunity with customers, but inbound new business leads are non existent.

People here are generally nice, but the aggressive expansion by management has stretched territories too thin.
