Used to be a great company to work for but the culture significantly changed over the years, especially post-IPO. The company is now full of middle managers with no power and their bosses who come from large software enterprises and don't care much about the inherent values. The product is relevant and the salary is decent but the change in culture and very inefficient internal systems make it hard to believe in the future of this org.

Overall experience - Great people and product. Horrible culture (which was a shock because they are known for their culture). Management are over extended across multiple teams, they do not follow their own (outdated) handbook and HR are breaking HR laws all over the place. The company products are unbelievable and customers are so happy, but it’s hard to crack through into new accounts in the sector I work in. Inbound lead floor is minimal, but referral/word-of-mouth is huge especially if worked the right way
