Current Employee Only 10-20% of reps hitting quota. New management team explicitly telling reps to “sell futures” which is not a good sign. 2-3 major product versions have missed the mark on AI. Product vision is getting better, but constantly feels 3yrs too late. Reps get penalized for churn, but don’t get paid on renewals, which makes quota essentially 20-30% inflated.
