Product seems well received by prospects. Pricing of the product changed but the quotas we not adjusted, VERY low lead flow and inability to do outbound prospecting so basically you are calling the same prospects multiple times a day. I think it used to be very achievable to attain quota before the pricing change.

Terrible. GitLab has the worst leadership and give you impossible to hit targets and when you question why you are set up for failure the toxic management will consider you out of favour and either fire you or bully you to leave.
