The focus has become heavily data-driven, sometimes at the expense of evaluating real effectiveness and outcomes. The market is also becoming increasingly saturated, and the pricing structure for the AI offerings feels unclear and inconsistent.

In the last 2 years the average deal size dropped significantly and selling has become much harder. The clients have also become disappointed with our Customer Success team.
