Best compensation plan that I've come across, plus RSUs start vesting after six months. Highest rated solution in the industry, however Microsoft is primary competitor, which can be challenging in certain markets. Also, low code / no code initiatives can reduce demand for product. Niche product and average sales size can be quite small. Lead generation is almost non-existent and partner program lacks incentive.

Overall good, hard to sell in Microsoft accounts. Almost impossible unless you know executives personally.
