GitHub has a great product and a strong brand, but the sales environment can be challenging. Quotas are tough, internal processes can slow things down, and it’s not always easy to navigate the partnership with Microsoft. Career progression isn’t always fair. That said, it’s a rewarding place if you’re passionate about the product and patient with the challenges.

Great product but very inexperienced leadership and unrealistic quotas. Most of the leadership has never led anywhere else and it shows. Terrible SFDC data and inequities in accounts and lead flow.

My overall experience so far is extremely positive, The Culture is very Open and Transparent, employees and leadership highlighting both the Pros and Cons in the company, yet being positive about being in the right place. Totally recommend it so far.
