They have made it significantly harder to make decent money here.. Gates on accelerators are frustrating. Sales targets were raised 30 - 40% with no increase to base pay. Next to no inbound leads. Need to self source 30% of your pipe but other teams responsible for sourcing the rest are not held accountable. Great product and decent market fit although lots of competition its harder to win.

My overall experience was generally positive here. I don't think it's as rosy as what you see on LinkedIn, because let's be honest we all know someone at Gong that posts on LinkedIn every other day about how Gong has "changed their life..."
