Current Employee Harness is positioned extremely well to address real challenges in the market that are top of mind for companies both small and large.
Harness has done well in the Enterprise space and is being leveraged by the top companies already, leaving the mid-market segment pretty wide open.
They just built out the Mid-Market AE team over the past 6 months and great opportunity to work with some of the best logos in the space and address challenges surrounding CICD that exist pretty much at every company.
Talent density on the GTM team is extremely high and you'll work alongside a lot of really great sellers.
It's competitive, fast paced and ultimately a very challenging place to work... but if you're willing to put in the time and effort there is a great opportunity to make a lot of money and grow with the company.
