Today in the US the product is more of a “nice to have” due to the lack of native payroll, which has made it a tough sell in a weaker economy. Most reps are not getting close to hitting quota and it mostly comes down to getting lucky with an inbound or having previous HR relationships for referrals. The base compensation is good, but no one (outside of a few reps) are getting anywhere close to their OTE.

Processes (such as ROEs) and leadership decisions have proven to be a bit too reactive rather than proactive, which makes success unpredictable.

Solid company, although sometimes a bit weird. Fantastic product, really stands out. Colleagues are great, leadership mostly great but varies a lot more. Solid pay but never at the top. Does not think twice about taking out people who they have issues with, but if you are solid they are solid.
