huge challenges. if you see red flags blowing in the wind its hibob. never get inbound leads, no one wants to buy the product because we dont have payroll. Hope you can live off your base salary for 12 months and then expect to get fired after you cant close a deal because they have an inferior product. for reference i was a top producer at another organization and it took me 9 months to close a deal here and was almost put on a performance plan. avoid at all costs

The Enterprise team needs to develop a lot more, there is currently a lack of structure and leadership.

The team had a great product but was a better fit for those in the UK vs the US. We had challenges in the US with integrations with payroll systems. The sales organization was a little disorganized at the time and everything came from cold calling. You got an inbound lead maybe once a month.
