Poor product fit for upmarket. Desire to emulate Salesforce and little more. Weaker platform in many areas such as Service Hub. Sales leaders struggling to grow beyond SMB mindset and not an entrusting Enterprise AEs with time and resources to get strategic with prospects.

CEO Yamini turned the sales org into a digital sweatshop and ruined any good culture that the company had. They still spout lies about being good to their people, but you're just a number on a page to these people.
