Perfect place to get started in a sales career. Leadership encourages you to take your unlimited PTO, don't micro-manage, and provide a clear path to AE. Bonus, everyone is just super nice and helpful, all the way across the board. Training & development could be a tad better, but if you go out of your way, pretty much any and everyone will take a as much time as you need to help you.

Great overall experience Capacity of doing a transition from BDR to AE and from 2 different office locations. HubSpot is known for his culture and you can feel it inside the company Company growth really fast even with his actual size which leads to a lot of evolution (process, software, management...)
