Great overall experience Capacity of doing a transition from BDR to AE and from 2 different office locations. HubSpot is known for his culture and you can feel it inside the company Company growth really fast even with his actual size which leads to a lot of evolution (process, software, management...)

Great product. manager matters on how successful you will be in the role. Quota is very tough to hit consistently. Hoping for more leads heading into Q4. Lots of reps get pipped. Building connections is hard because of it. You can be successful but would need to put in the work after hours.
