HubSpot has an amazing culture but it is a complex and multifaceted product with an incredible breadth of use-cases. That all sounds like a good thing, but ultimately it makes it challenging for newer reps to be effective selling.

Started in June, very busy role but great team and culture in small biz UK. Enablement is light but great ramp and really helpful team with new leadership driving both execution culture. Okay. Was good but now it’s bad. Change of culture, bad people management. No clear path in terms of sales and targets. Pop culture. Great product and product fit, customers love it
