Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear you believe in our Product! At the same time, we take seriously the concerns you’ve raised — from account distribution and lead quality to CRM usability and territory accuracy.
We know that hitting full quota in a competitive environment is hard, and that inconsistent opportunity distribution can create real challenges. Over the past several months, our new Sales Leadership team has been digging into these pain points, and are working on addressing these issues.
We also hear you on compensation structure and support for reps once they’re fully ramped. While we expect high performance, it’s critical that reps feel set up for success — not dependent on luck or uneven resourcing. We're committed to creating a fair, consistent environment where strong execution is rewarded and reps can grow with the company.
