Current Employee When I joined HubSpot it was a fantastic company to work for. The commitment to their people was great and it was clear they tried to solve for employees with their decisions.
In 2025, it has nosedived completely. Very few reps in the UKI market are hitting number, those who do are the ones who can fudge the system most effectively. Very strong PIP culture, and BDR org is a revolving door.
Middle management hires in the last 12-18 months have been very poor, previously they were stellar. Those who were middle managers then have now moved to enterprise management or directorship.
VP is the ultimate micromanager. She requires daily forecasts from all reps and will ask for detailed notes on deals with ACV as little as £7,000.
New CPO has made multiple decisions which have negatively impacted the morale of staff.
What was previously a company I would've recommended to anyone is now a company I wouldn't recommend to anyone.
