Current Employee HubSpot is brilliant at generating inbound leads, but they are not distributed fairly or transparently. There’s a glitch in the system that allows reps to assign QLs to themselves, skipping the next person in the queue. You could go months without receiving a decent QL while watching other reps hit their targets just from these leads. Leadership states that assigning QLs to yourself is a violation of the UGJ ethics code, but nothing happens.
