Hard to hit quota. Cheaper competition that does the same things. Feels like the only way to win deals is if the prospects don't know any better/are unaware of other solutions. Uphill battle. Pros: being remote is great and leadership is great - they're doing their best with what we have. Hubspot has moved beyond its prime.

Eventhough salaries look like they could be improved, the overall incentives + RSU + ESPP + stock growth , structure allows for a great salary that most people fail to understand
