Current Employee Sales leadership, DK and above, has failed to distribute accounts and leads fairly leading to tenured reps sitting on tons of unworked accounts and then recruiting and managers work their butts off to train and hire enterprise AEs and the reps get piped out in 12 months because the sets they’re given are just total junk. Tenured reps sit on unworked gold.
DK has been told this by reps many times but refused to help.
They pay me so much money and wont let me make them money. Insane.
