Current Employee My experience has been ok so far. I’m in the Corp Segment which is their enterprise segment. This year things changed a ton. No base increase but did give us more kickers if we hit our number so I guess it’s did increase a little. Quote went up over 10% again and our capacity went lower. HubSpot is amazing but they are trying to be a giant so naturally things are getting tighter and there is more pressure. That’s to say that I will not be here much longer. I don’t do well in large orgs. Not a fit for me.
