My overall experience has been positive. The first year is very generous with incentives. Strong products and always updating. Initial training is strong but there seems to be a fall of after year 1 with external hires

Experience thus far is mixed, there are both pros and cons: Pros: -Excellent culture -Friendly team -Great product -Tech stack sets you up for success -Lots of training/learning opps -Generous ramp Cons: -Many reps struggle in their first year -High quotas with high metrics -Low close rate

Seeing the ping-pong match of real reviews and ones that seem very fake is interesting. All these 1 or 2 sentence "best job I've ever had" reviews make no sense and is likely someone internally trying to combat how bad its become so they can keep that churn and burn hiring machine going.
