Great opportunities to promote if you work hard. A lot of change going on right now with leadership, but I think that has been much needed. They need to adjust the compensation structure for managers if they're going to keep top talent.

Great training and support all around. There are really great people that work here that really want you to succeed and promote. The promotion structure is super transparent and achievable. I don't think there is a better place to start off your sales career.

The organization is experiencing serious growing pains in the sales org. Your success is highly dependent on your territory. Great products and company is very transparent on the metrics and why you are being promoted: MRR!. Very challenging and hard because there are a lot, a lot, of reps but eventually we have to admit that some are doing very good and getting promoted.
