We appreciate your candid feedback around compensation changes, quota attainment, and the challenge of outbound prospecting. These are all areas that leadership is actively reviewing and iterating on. We know that strong reps want to feel a clear line between effort and reward, and that starts with ensuring our plans and account models are both fair and transparent.
We’re in a competitive and evolving market, and that does mean making adjustments to how we forecast, staff, and structure comp. That said, your perspective on how these changes are landing on the ground is incredibly valuable, and it’s something we’re taking seriously.
