Current Employee Absolute grind. Internal problems and processes make engaging with partners and clients very ineffective. Technology is good but often leaves critical elements to be desired with clients.
Unrealistic quotas, call volumes and change in territories every single Q1 causes mass confusion org wide. Good luck transacting while you already have a quota in Q1.
Technical Engineers are very difficult to find...when you are attached to a tech seller they often times have no clue how to actually speak to the product.
Calls become very IBM heavy with 4-5 IBM'ers to 1 client Browse Other Reviews
