Trying to sell IBM Cloud infrastructure within a squad model when there is zero incentive for other lines of business is a tough mission. Good people, but cloud infrastructure is not a priority for the C-levels at IBM.

Routinely asked to work on projects that does not retire quota or that give market share to competitors for programs without published or defined compensation. Cannot see past next quarter.
