The company is bleeding talent and will be hollowed out in 5 years as they burn and churn the seasoned reps in favor of new hires. Onboarding is atrocious and management is cold. Current Employee3.1Aug 12, 2025Luck of the draw with accounts that get reshuffled constantly and some that does not have the money to buy millions end up being 'elevated' to key accounts but just can't sustain that level of spend, so you may end up with a dud and a very high quota.
