Former Employee3.4Dec 11, 2025Decent place to start a career. Can get really good coaching if you land a good boss. Lots of corporate structure prevents explosive growth, but also keeps people moving/achieving even when the situation isn't ideal. Good inbound due to brand recognition.

Current Employee3.3Sep 11, 2024A lot of sharp folks and IBM values knowledge and training. However, the Consulting (IBM C) side of the house does not seem to get the GTM motion. I've heard great things about the Software / Tech side of the house. Joining IBM was via an acquisition they made a few years back.
