A lot of sharp folks and IBM values knowledge and training. However, the Consulting (IBM C) side of the house does not seem to get the GTM motion. I've heard great things about the Software / Tech side of the house. Joining IBM was via an acquisition they made a few years back.

Decent at first, but lately the company hasn't been doing well. If you are in Data & AI, you're good. All other brands are lacking and there is no focus.
