There are and were challenges that impacted overall job satisfaction. Frequent changes in targets and a lack of clarity made it difficult to track performance accurately throughout the quarter. Additionally, the focus on marketing targets rather than clear sales targets created uncertainty regarding earnings and success metrics. Not looking on the value, education was pushed with no time to complete due to incresse on workload

The account structure is varied between different sectors. There are no inbound teams and it's up to the sales engineers and sellers to generate leads, but sometimes you feel at times you are competing with other brands at IBM for the same business since there is so much overlap between solutions.
