There are and were challenges that impacted overall job satisfaction. Frequent changes in targets and a lack of clarity made it difficult to track performance accurately throughout the quarter. Additionally, the focus on marketing targets rather than clear sales targets created uncertainty regarding earnings and success metrics. Not looking on the value, education was pushed with no time to complete due to incresse on workload

My overall experience was challenging. We were a new team and were given a high quota and no real sales tools to achieve it. My team was not given a CRM, or any kind of comprehensive account list. We keeps track of our thousands of prospect accounts (half of which were nonviable) with a shared team excel sheet. Commissions were also split by our manager out of a...Read More
