Company has been going downhill for years, which is sad. Leadership is looking to stick it to their salespeople by only paying them a portion of their commissions and changing the structure without notice. Salespeople BEWARE!

My overall experience was frustrating. It's a huge company and the wheels turn slow. The bureaucracy doesn't allow for much ground up innovation and requires compliance to constantly changing policies.

Account executive owner — You can make a good living here if you stay and learn the business. Not much in the way of culture or support — you have to basically build and run your own business. Good for people who want to handle opportunities end to end. You do all your own prospecting, estimating, and pricing. You then have to be very involved in project execution.

A lot of great people at the company that I truly enjoy working with, but corporate culture is constantly shifting and can be difficult to deal with. Compensation structure is changing dramatically and likely not for the better.
