PE backed company now. Leadership is struggling and when new ideas or changes fail, they don’t blame leadership they just lay people off. Many of the leaders who were brought in post PE acquisition are great at sounding good and selling their value but don’t actually bring any value. Leadership has horrible listening skills to sales people on the ground. Product moves at a snails pace. WORST of all, they do not value top performers, they value their “buddies” and the ones who suck up to leadership the most.

Horrible organization. Would not recommend being in sales here if you’re thinking about it. Most reps have been laid since December of 2023.

Downhill since the merger. Very few reps hit quota. Benefits have decreased.
