Product is solid and the org provides a great work/life balance. As others have said about the Entrepreneur org though, it's entirely about Salesforce Account "Mining" and not about actually selling. Rampant stealing of flipped leads by other reps (usually previous BDR's) and management does nothing about it because the SFDC is such a disaster. Leadership will preach running sound discovery but in reality you're playing onboarding specialist for very low sophistication business owners who don't know much about marketing.

The reason most reps don’t hit quota here isn’t some mystery — it’s baked into the system.
