Average quota attainment is around 10-20% depending on your region. Used to be a lot higher 2 years ago. Since GTM this has dropped dramatically.

I had a great experience with KnowBe4 up until the recent acquisition by private equity. Their decision to not include everyone in the new equity grants was very demotivating, and the new comp plan is a smack in the face.

A lot of micromanaging going on now that we have a new CEO, very low base salary compared to the market.

Poor understanding of the market from higher ups, low compensation, new comp plan has us working harder for higher quotas and making less overall. Promotions feel like they are far and few between. Over promise to their employees and under perform.
