Was once a fantastic organization. Unfortunately the GTM in April seriously hurt everyone. Reps are making pennies on the dollar and quotas are nearly unobtainable.

The company has changed a big amount since I originally started. More cut throat changes were happening when I left and led to me wanting to leave. Management can only do so much and felt it was a whatever it takes to cover my butt and not get yelled at right now attitude. Can definitely get your teeth cut in sales here but don't have long term plans.
