The base compensation is below market standards, yet the expectations for deliverables are extremely high. I remained committed to the role because I fostered a strong culture within the already great environment of the company, which became central to our mission and vision for growing the SDR team. As a servant leader, my focus was more on the cause than on my own compensation, even as I continued to develop my skills.

Poor understanding of the market from higher ups, low compensation, new comp plan has us working harder for higher quotas and making less overall. Promotions feel like they are far and few between. Over promise to their employees and under perform.
