Great product that is in demand. Unfortunately that's your only tool in a Sales role at this company. No leads, no tools, and no support from the company to enable you to sell. The company will continue to only support their Enterprise team, meanwhile SMB and other teams get totally neglected. Leadership is not open to new ideas and are very reluctant to any change or improvements. Far too many internal battles of direct vs channel sales. Leadership continues to refuse to be a true partner in the channel. KnowBe4 also doesn't seem to understand the concept of burning bridges and how that can come back to haunt you.

There are too many reps for the amount of leads coming in. Leads are not distributed fairly. Veteran reps hoard leads or if they are part of the “club” seem to get better leads.
