Pros: Incredible product and engineering teams. Good market fit. Cons: Quotas unrealistic. Churn clawbacks in comp plan. Not a single Ent AE is on path to hit their annual goal. Despite this, company is creating new AE positions, which is disappointing. AE's are leaving because of this.

No one over exceeds, leadership churns people asap and blames them for the teeny territories but it keeps happening

I've been here for a while, and we've definitely had our ups and downs, but after some restructuring, product improvements/additions, and leadership changes, I am more bullish than ever for LaunchDarkly's future.
