I've been with LaunchDarkly for over 4 years now and have ridden through the highs and lows here. There was a point almost 2 years ago where I was not as confident in the direction of LaunchDarkly, but I believe we hired great leadership since then that has turned the ship around. I've seen so much success since then, personal success, teammates success, cross-functional team's success, and overall LD success. The culture feels like a safe place to bring any ideas or concerns to leadership, there is a desire to work hard, and personally our team laughs a lot together. I am really excited to still get to be a part of this org.

No one over exceeds, leadership churns people asap and blames them for the teeny territories but it keeps happening

Experience wasn’t great. Bad leadership in emea. All they care is about themselves with the majority being white make. Many people leaving and churn is impacting reps and SE’s. E.g if you close a 100k deal and a churn happens at 100k. Nobody gets paid.
