Very demanding job. Not enough emphasis on sales, a lot of focus on administrative stuff to keep leadership happy. comp plan too big and complicated to make really good money. It’s a lot of busy work and not a ton of opportunity to make great commission checks

Microsoft has taken D&I too far and it is now well known internally that there are certain races that are often discriminated against under the guise of D&I rather than choosing the best candidate.

There was a clear lack of sales training but with high expectations to understand the product. But you would only be getting very vanilla backed videos by the marketing org. The state of how things work internally is more office politics than actual time facing the customers.
