My experience with Microsoft was just ok. Like many places, it depends on your team and peers. There are a lot of very smart and professional people. D&I is good. Pay is pretty good. Microsoft has some of the best leaders I have ever worked for- even in my division. Pay was OK- different from how most sales organizations would have thier commissions structure BUT their benefits are amazing so it kind of makes up for the pay.

For context, this review reflects a Modern Work Digital Enterprise Sales role, not a Modern Work Specialist role which has much higher earning potential (base + commission).
