Company claims to be customer focused but comp plan has weighted buckets that make you push products the customer doesn’t necessarily want. You only get paid on growth so success sometimes is based on which accounts you have and their maturity.

It is almost as if they do not know what to do with a Sr. Sales people from the outside...but they know they need them
